I found your website this morning and am very thankful that it exist. While doing meditations I start with intention and then focus on breath in and out. While doing this one, I saw the breath in was coming from the top of my head. It was a bright ray of light that I have seen as a connection to God, the one I. While I was still breathing in and out, I felt the light was going out healing. I was not sure if the light was in the breath or from my heart, but I felt it as reality.
